I was told by someone that I could never make a Tiki Mug, That made me try a little harder, That same person told me that I will take half of my business Year 2003:
I stopped making tiki mugs in the Hey-Day of Tiki revival 2003-2004, I just sold to local stores here in Huntington Beach, I made a few Tiki Mugs, But until my ex-wife threatened me to take half of what I made, I stopped selling on-line and at local shops, I lost interest in making ceramics.
Well here's where Ooga-Mooga comes in, It's been awhile since I crafted some items (2) years, I was looking on-line at Tiki web sites, though been out of it for awhile, found Ooga-Mooga and they had me listed as a Tiki mug artist, This inspired me so-so much I'm back to give you the art I always wanted to make, thanks for listing me and my art,

For me, as a collector stuck on the East Coast, it's a great chance to see everyone's amazing Tiki collections, trade and talk with some great people and learn about the history these pieces have.
Big Mahalo Ooga-Mooga Ohana!!!
P.S. Frank post more pictures of your sick collection please!

I've been keeping my eye out for a Mainlander Tiki Mug, and one came available on eBay this weekend with a fairly low "Buy it Now" price. I quickly checked Ooga-Mooga and found they typically sell for much more than the "Buy it Now" price being offered, so I bought it up! Thanks Ooga-Mooga!
